Registration with the Site is free of charge; upon entering the requested data, an Account will be created which can be used for every purchase, with the possibility of being able to take advantage of special offers and promotions. Registration of the Customer is not mandatory to make purchases on the Site; such registration will allow the Site to store invoicing and delivery data and avoid having to enter them again for each purchase.<\/p>\n
All the products and prices indicated on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and procedures provided by this Site and these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
The graphics of the delivered products may not coincide with those represented on the Site in cases where the manufacturer has modified the packaging and, therefore, for reasons beyond the control of CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA. Photos are deemed as indicative as articles may vary from the catalogue presentation or representation of the product.<\/p>\n
The price will be that applicable at the moment the Customer actually places the order, without regard to increases or decreases in prices, including promotions, that may have occurred before or after the order date.\u00a0 All prices include:<\/p>\n
\u2013 4% VAT for products such as: dried chestnuts, fresh chestnuts and pasta \u2013 10% VAT for products such as: chestnut flour, baked goods and honey \u2013 22% VAT for cosmetic products<\/p>\n
The order sent by the Customer shall only be binding for CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA if the entire order procedure has been duly completed correctly, without any indication of error messages from the Site. CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA shall not add any products to the list which are not expressly ordered by the Customer.<\/p>\n
CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA shall send the Customer an order confirmation by email with the summary of the products, the relative prices, the date and time of delivery and the general and special conditions applicable to the order itself.<\/p>\n
CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA, following unforeseen logistical and organisational difficulties, may cancel the order by sending an email to the Customer or, in agreement with the Customer, amend the day and\/or time of delivery.<\/p>\n
CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA delivers its products throughout the whole of Italy. Deliveries, barring unforeseen circumstances, shall be effected within 72 hours of receipt of the order and verification of payment. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order shall be sent once the transfer has been received and verified. CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA shall not be held liable for any delays which may occur during the consignment phase. The presence of the Customer, or an individual appointed by the same, is required at the destination address and at the time indicated on the order to complete the delivery.<\/p>\n
The Customer may choose to collect the products purchased on the Site from the PASPARDO Point of Sale. Collections can be made from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m..<\/p>\n
CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA shall not be held liable for the temporary or definitive unavailability of one or more products. In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the products requested,<\/p>\n
CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA undertakes not to debit the relative price to the Customer.<\/p>\n
The purchase can be paid by the Customer:<\/p>\n
before delivery by CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL or by BANK TRANSFER;<\/p>\n
The issue of invoices is not mandatory, unless specifically requested by the Customer no later than the time the order was placed, as indicated in art. 22 of P.D. no. 633 of 26\/10\/1972.<\/p>\n
Customer rights are protected by Leg. Decree no. 206\/2005 as amended and, therefore, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without any additional costs, provided that formal notice of the withdrawal is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA’ COOPERATIVA \u2013 Piazzale MARCOLINI SNC, PASPARDO (BS), or by certified email (pec) to consorziodellacastagna@pec.confcooperative.it within 3 working days of receipt of the product for fresh products and within 14 working days of receipt of the product for long shelf-life products. Notice can be anticipated within the same term, by email (consorziocastagnavallecamonica@gmail.com) provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the next 48 hours. This formal notice shall specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and attach a copy of the receipt and\/or invoice.<\/p>\n
The Customer shall then return the product at his\/her own expense in the following manner:<\/p>\n
\u2013 to the PASPARDO Point of Sale within 3 working days of receipt of the product for fresh products and within 14 working days of receipt of the product for long shelf-life products;<\/p>\n
\u2013 by sending the product, within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the product for fresh products and within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the product for long shelf-life products, to CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI<\/p>\n
VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA \u2013 Piazzale MARCOLINI SNC,\u00a0 PASPARDO (BS)<\/p>\n
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the above procedures, CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA shall refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product within 14 days from the date on which CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA became aware of the Customer\u2019s decision to exercise his\/her right of withdrawal. The amount refunded is intended net of delivery costs. The Customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods returned resulting from handling in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.<\/p>\n
Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal is NOT permitted in the case of:<\/p>\n
In the event of serious default by the Customer (for instance but not limited to: repeated absence of the Customer at the time of delivery of the products, incorrect use of the methods of carrying out the order), CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA, after sending formal written notice to the Customer, reserves the right to interrupt the service.<\/p>\n
CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA’ COOPERATIVA guarantees conformity with the quality standards relating to products (in particular foodstuffs) exclusively until delivery to the destination indicated by the Customer; the Company disclaims all liability relating to the poor condition of the products due to improper storage after the time of delivery. CONSORZIO DELLA CASTAGNA DI\u00a0 VALLE CAMONICA SOCIETA\u2019 COOPERATIVA disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage, of whatever nature or whatever form, resulting from the use of the Site and\/or the news, photos and information contained therein, and when the delivery takes place, by request of the Customer, inside the home.<\/p>\n

Any disputes that should arise regarding the application, interpretation or execution of these Conditions, shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the location of residence or domicile of the Consumer, on the condition it is in Italy.<\/p>\n
